Danny L. Brandt, 57, of Royal Center passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at home.
Born on September 12, 1964 in Cherokee, Iowa, he was the son of the late Robert and Marlene (Chaplin) Brandt.
He was a 1983 Pioneer High School graduate.
Danny was a former heavy equipment operator
He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, riding his golf cart around Royal Center with his dog, Pepper, spending time with his friends, but his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his granddaughters.
Survivors include his daughters, Brittany Brandt of Lafayette, Shayla Brandt of Royal Center and Amber Brandt of Lafayette, brothers, Scott Brandt of Lafayette and Randy Brandt (Denise) of Royal Center and granddaughters, Kyleigh and Braelynn. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Tammy Brandt Pendleton of West Lafayette.
He was also preceded in death by sister, Denise Ijames.
Services will be at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette.
