Sherry Helvie, 74, of Columbia City, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her residence.
Born on January 1, 1947 in Damriscotta, Maine, she was the daughter of Howard Leonard and Laura (Barter) Leonard. She was married to Gene Helvie in 1980. He preceded her in death on August 3, 2012.
Sherry was a secretary for many years at the Nazarene Church in Logansport. She was a member of Center Presbyterian Church in Royal Center. She enjoyed cross stitching, sewing, caning furniture and gardening.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Columbia City, Indiana.
