Betty L. Mullett, age 84, of Logansport, passed away Sunday Feb. 13, 2022, in her daughter’s home, surrounded by her family.
Born September 5, 1937, in Logansport to the late Cecil Melvin and Inez (Turner) Walters. On June 18, 1955, she married Harry Lee Mullett Sr. who preceded her in death in 1966.
Betty formerly worked in the mail room at the Pharos Tribune, was a CNA for Chase Center and was a Caregiver for Dexter Pharmacy.
Survivors include four daughters, Janet Benedict, Logansport; Susan (Kevin) Henry, Logansport; Mary (C.W.) Wright, Logansport; Vicki (Rocky) Gillam, Lafayette; one son, Harry (Beth) Lee Mullett Jr., Logansport; one sister, Karen (Roy) Hughes, Logansport; brother, Thomas Walters, Logansport; 15-grandchildren, 20-great grandchildren, 8-great great grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by 1-daughter, Linda Short, 2-sisters, 1-brother, 2-grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday Feb. 16, 2022, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Royal Center Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 am Wednesday until time of services at the funeral home.
