Skylar Orion Downs, 26, of Logansport passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 18, 2022 in Logansport.
Born on April 7, 1995 in Logansport, he was the son of the Shane Downs and Jackie Ballard.
Skylar was formerly employed at Amelio’s in Logansport.
He enjoyed playing video games, taking walks, looking at the stars, cars and photography.
Survivors include mother, Jackie Beebout, father, Shane Downs (Margaret), daughter, Aliveah Downs, siblings, Dakota Beebout, Alek Beebout, Zane Beebout, Wyatt Beebout, Hunter Beebout, Alana Edge, Stephanie Edge and Warren Edge, grandpa, Frank Downs and Great Grandmother, Roberta Burgess and Dara Carpenter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Helen Timm, Linda Downs and Ernest Ballard and uncle, Shawn Downs.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 28, 2022 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport with Connie Meagher officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
