Forest L. Wickersham Jr. passed away peacefully at Chase Center on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
Born on April 27, 1925m in Logansport, Indiana to the late Forest Sr. and Bessie (Hildebrand) Wickersham.
After serving in the U.S. Army during WWII, Forest married Jeannine Porwit, of Paris, France, on August 1, 1948. She preceded him in death on November 1, 2020.
Forest was a member of the Bricklayers Union Local #4. Forest loved gardening and playing euchre.
He was active as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses since 1955.
Forest is survived by three children, Larry (Elissa) Wickersham of Anderson, Diane (Matt) Griner of Logansport, and Mark (Robin) Wickersham of Marcell, MN; seven grandchildren, Brett Young, Rodney Wickersham, Laine Murray, Ryan Wickersham, Lauryn Wicevic, Jasmine Harwood, and Levi Wickersham; and twelve great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Larry Wickersham.
A memorial service will be held at a later date via Zoom. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services.
