Lucille M. Shepler, 96, of Logansport, went to heaven, Saturday, July 23, 2022.
Born on August 8, 1925, in Peru, IN, Lucille is the daughter to the late Marion Frank and Mildred (Bolinger) Hopkins. On November 1, 1945, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Lucille married Marvin M. Shepler who preceded in death on September 1, 2021.
Lucille was a retired teacher for the Logansport School Corporation. She was a proud graduate of Indiana University and a member of Miami Baptist Church.
Surviving Lucille are two sons, William (Debra Ann) Shepler of Logansport, IN, Thomas (Rowena) Shepler of Logansport, IN; five grandsons; ten great grandchildren; sister, Sandra Jo (Jim) Surface of Walton.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 28, 2022, in the Bethel Cemetery, Logansport, IN.
Memorials may be made to Miami Baptist Church.
