Roy Arnold Brown, 83, Lake Cicott, passed away Monday morning, August 29, 2022, at his home with his loved ones by his side.
Born April 25, 1939, in Pulaski County, Indiana, he was the son of the late Delmer and Harriet (Bell) Brown.
On Leap Day 1964, in Cass County, Roy was married to Linda Sue (Weaver) Brown, who survives. They celebrated their “15th” anniversary in 2020.
Following high school, Roy entered the U.S. Navy.
Roy worked as a millwright at Rockwell and Matthew-Warren before his retirement
An avid fly-fisherman, Roy also enjoyed muzzleloading. His family was his top priority and he loved them dearly.
Surviving with his wife of 58 years, Linda Brown, are his son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Tabatha Brown; three brothers, Ray (Carolyn) Brown, Jim Brown, and John (Melanie) Brown; one sister, Mary Ann Warner; grandchildren, Alesia Brown, Kyle (Madison) Brown and Camrin (Haley) Brown; and great-grandchildren, Nathan and Rowyn.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Lesia Brown, and sister, Delores Galbreath.
Inurnment, at a later date, will be in the Davis Cemetery, west of Lake Cicott.
