Thomas Murl “Tom” Gunion, 66 of Peru, formerly of Logansport, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022, in Peru.
Born January 18, 1956, in Logansport, he was the son of late Arthur D. Sr. and Mary R (Vickery) Gunion.
A 1974 graduate of Lewis Cass High School, Tom received his Associates of Science in Business. He was retired as a self-employed truck driver.
He is survived by four children, Jessica Ibsen, Eric Gunion, Craig Gunion, and Hayley Hooker-Gunion; a niece, Nancy Carbona, and his former wife, Karen Hipsher.
Preceding in death, in addition to his parents, were his brother, Arthur “Dan” Gunion, Jr.
In accordance with Tom’s wishes, no public services will be held.
Arrangements for aquamation have been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions, in memory of Tom, may be made to the Cass County Humane Society to reflect his love of animals.
