Brenda Bowman, 52, of Logansport, passed away, Monday, December 5, 2022, in Logansport Memorial Hospital after a brave, hard-fought battle with cancer.
Born June 7, 1970, in Logansport, Brenda is the daughter of Wilma (Robertson) Bowman and the late Larry David Bowman.
Brenda was a 1988 graduate of Twin Lakes. Brenda went on to further her education and earn her certification in telemetry.
Brenda enjoyed traveling and hiking. She had a loving and nurturing heart that she shared while helping care for children at Camelot, and her patients at the hospital in the ICU. Brenda was referred to as “ICU Mom” by her co-workers .
For the last eight years Brenda has worked as a patient care tech in the Intensive Care Unit at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Surviving with her husband of 26 years, William Jack Delp of Logansport; her mother, Wilma Bowman, of Burnettsville; her daughter, Bryanna (Dalton) Packard Logansport; her sons, William Jaydon Delp, Logansport and Jarod Scott Delp, Bloomington; and sister Kimberly Alioto, Royal Center, several nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
A memorial service celebrating Brenda’s life will be held 7p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Dawn Fisher officiating.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, December 9 at the Fisher Funeral Chapel.
