Kristopher Royer

Kristopher Royer, 57, Logansport, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022, in the Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.

Born May 18, 1965, in Richmond, Indiana, he was the son of the late Harold DeWayne and Dorothy (Buhrman) Royer.

On May 18, 1996, in Logansport, he was married to Kelly (Linback) Royer, who survives.

Kristopher had a strong work ethic and for the past twenty years, he was proud to work for Cole Hardwood.

He loved music. Kristopher was one of those guys who loved a perfectly mowed lawn and he enjoyed helping others by mowing their yards, too. He was happiest when he was able to be outdoors. Kristopher was a sports enthusiast of all types.

Surviving with his wife of 26 years, Kelly, are their daughters, Adrienne (Drake) Binkerd, and Madison Royer, all of Logansport; two grandchildren, Jadelynn and Ellison Binkerd; his brothers, Keith (Joan) Royer, and Kurt Royer, all of Windsor, NY; his sisters, Connie (Ron) Russell, Galveston, and Kim Pierce, Kokomo; sisters-in-law; Mellissa Townsend, Sherry (David) Stewart; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Karen Lawson and Kenny Royer.

A funeral service celebrating Kristopher’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 30th in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service in the chapel.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
