Norma Jo Howard, 73 of Royal Center, passed away at 7:00 a.m., Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Logansport Memorial Hospital. Born on October 5, 1949, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Jack Zeek and Virginia (Foust) Smith. Norma formerly worked for the State Hospital in Logansport as a Special Attendant Supervisor, retiring after 29 years. Surviving are her children, Bart Howard (Doris) of Logansport, Jennifer Snay of Kokomo, and Courtney Mosier (Jeremy) of Logansport, as well as eight grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren. She was also preceded in death by grandson, Aaden Snay, brother, Michael Smith and stepfather, Lawrence Smith. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center with Sherry Ensley officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Royal Center Cemetery.
