Last Updated on April 15, 2023 by Murray-Weaver Funeral Home

Beverly K. Daniels, 76, of Fishers, IN passed away quietly with her family by her side on Monday, April 10, 2023, at her home with Neil Diamond favorites playing off and on in the background. She was born November 12, 1946, in Logansport, Indiana to George W. and Frances L. (McConnell) Brown. She was a 1964 graduate of Lewis Cass High School, the very first graduating class of the high school where she enjoyed baton twirling and preformed with the band as a majorette.

Beverly retired from her family business, Custom Services Fund Raising as the business manager with many years’ service. After retirement they moved to Florida where she and Jerry spent many years hosting children and grandchildren at their beautiful home on the water. They also enjoyed entertaining family and friends with the many “unique eats” or local restaurants in the area. She loved meeting new people and making new friends. Noone could resist her lively stories shared while out on a walk or just collecting the mail. She was compassionate and gracious and had a good sense of humor. She chose her words with tact and kindness and rarely knew a stranger – she had a beautiful bright white smile for everyone. Beverly enjoyed collecting shark’s teeth while walking the beaches of Florida with her husband Jerry. She also enjoyed bird watching in her back yard. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Alongside Beverly for the past 57 years, her husband, Jerry Daniels, survives in Fishers, IN; the two were married on May 26, 1965. Also surviving are their three children:  son, Ron (wife, Laura) Daniels of Emerald Isle, N.C. and their children: Adam (wife,  Emily) Daniels and their daughter Isla, Sydney (husband, Michael) Fries and their daughter Kinsley, and Jordan Daniels; daughter, Shelly (husband, Tim) Sparrow of Mishawaka, IN and their three children:  Shane Sparrow, Leigha Sparrow, and Vincent Sparrow; and daughter, Sherry Lynch of Fishers, IN and three children:  Meghan (husband, Carter) Barnes, Hayden Lynch, and Ethan Lynch. She is also survived by one brother Bruce and wife Reta Brown of Honolulu, HI; and her dog Ricky.  Beverly is preceded in death by her parents George and Frances Brown and one great grandson Luke.

Memorial contributions can be made in Beverly’s memory to School City of Mishawaka, SCM, Liberty Elementary School, 600 Pregel Dr., Mishawaka, IN 46545 with memo line: ECA 8152, Beverly Daniels Memorial.

Services will be held at a future date.
