Elizabeth Ann (McGreevey) Mylet

Elizabeth Ann (McGreevey) Mylet died April 5, 2023 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.

She was born on August 27, 1922 , the daughter of Elizabeth and Owen McGreevey, both of Logansport.  

Growing up in Logansport, she married John J. Mylet in 1947. They resided on and operated a farm near Camden, Indiana.     

Elizabeth worked for many years as a secretary and tax preparer in the law office of Bishop & Bishop in Flora, Indiana.           

In retirement, she loved to travel and be with friends, and as a volunteer she assisted elderly individuals with preparation of their tax returns.       

She was a member of the All Saints Catholic Church in Logansport, and served as a volunteer to help administer donated funds.  

She is remembered for her ready smile and easy laugh.

Elizabeth is survived by her children: Rosemary (Richard) Allen; Thomas (Linda) Mylet; and Joseph (Kathy) Mylet, her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.            

She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Mylet, and by her brother, Thomas J. McGreevey, of Indianapolis, Indiana.

A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 p.m.,Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at All Saints Catholic Church, Logansport, preceded by visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Tuesday, April 11 in the Parish Hall at All Saints Catholic Church. 

Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport. 

Kroeger Funeral and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the Kokomo Rescue Mission.
