Juan Carlos Cespedes, 58, of Logansport passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, May 22, 2023 at home.
Born on August 30, 1964 in Quillabamba, Cusco, Peru, he was the son of Daniel Cespedes Alvarez and Melchora Palma Caceves.
Juan was formerly employed at Tyson Foods for 20 years in Logansport. He enjoyed working out, listening to music, carpentry and shopping at Home Depot and Menards.
Survivors include his wife, Eva Cruz Hernandez, children, Angela Cespedes, Charles Cespedes, Carlos Yair Vazquez Cruz and Yarisol Cruz Hernandez and sisters, Yolanda Cespedes, Maria Elena Cespedes and Luz Yoni Cespedes.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
