Robert D. “Butch” Keller

Robert D. “Butch” Keller, age 57, Logansport, died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 13th, 2023, in his residence.

Born December 29, 1965, in Logansport, he was the son of Janet (Johnston) Harshman and Robert N. Keller.

Butch was a graduate of Logansport High School where he enjoyed golfing, bowling, and wrestling. He was an avid mushroom hunter, who enjoyed Coors Light and Yager, and hanging with his pup, Bentley, who passed along side of him.

Butch was a very skilled electrician at JD Electrical for the last 14 years.

A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, July 19th, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Kroeger Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow on Thursday, July 20th, at 11:00 a.m.

Surviving are children, including in-laws, Vanessa Keller, Tyrone Flowers, Natalie (Keller) Filbey, Brandon Filbey, Shawn Keller, Peggy (Minthor) Keller; grandchildren, Joey Myer, Zachary Hoffarth, Kailey Hoffarth, Paige Evans, Zayne Flowers, Skyla Evans, Hunter Evans, Meylah Flowers, Braelynn Filbey, and Braxton Evans; mother and step-father, Janet (Johnston) Harshman, and Tim Harshman; siblings, including in-laws, Brandy (Keller) Carroll. Tony Carroll, Brian Keller, Kyann (Zartman) Keller; nephews and niece, Alex Overway, Joshua Overway, Daniel Keller, Zachary Overway, Blake Keller, Jakob Keller-Zartman, and Emily (Overway) Hawes.

He was preceded in death by a son, Shane Keller; father Robert N. Keller; and grandparents, Vida Lee (Brunner) Keller and Danny Keller, Nancy (Crabb) Donald Johnston.
