Robert Wagner, 44, of Palm Bay Florida, formerly of Monticello, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in Palm Bay, Florida.
Robert was born April 21, 1979 in Goldsboro, NC to Michael and Rose (Sessions) Wagner.
Robert grew up on Seymour Johnson Airbase in North Carolina, his family moved to Monticello where he finished school and graduated from Twin Lakes High School in 1997.
Robert had a passion for landscaping and worked many years as a landscaper. With a love for drawing, Robert enjoyed bringing his imagination to life on paper, creating beautiful artwork, several tattoo designs, and poetry. Robert loved being outdoors feeling energized by the sun, sand and the ocean, he would often spend many days on the beach. Kayaking is another one of his favorite activities, as it allowed for him to explore new places. Robert was also an “electronic geek”, staying up to date with the latest technologies. His dog, Jack-Jack was his baby, and he would go everywhere with Robert. He loved his family deeply and enjoyed making his friends and family smile by being a jokester.
Surviving is his mother; Rose Wagner of Monticello, sister; Laura (Charles) Williams of Logansport; nephews, Logan Wagner- Hall, and Remi Gooden.
He was preceded in death by his father Michael Wagner; one nephew, Eric Christopher Wagner.
A celebration of life will be held at Monticello Christ Fellowship Church at a later date.
