Dean Allen Sedam

Dean Allen Sedam, 93, of Logansport, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in Cedar Creek of Logansport.

Born May 26, 1930, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Parmer D. and Anna (Kenney) Sedam.

On May 4, 1977, in Watseka, IL Dean married Patsy J. Boller who preceded in death December 30, 2012.
Dean worked for Textron and retired after 41 years of service. His memberships include Tipton Masonic Lodge #33, Logansport Shrine Club,  Murat Temple of Indianapolis and American Legion Post# 60.
Survivors include two sons, David (Susan) Sedam, Kokomo; Larry (Lynn) Sedam, Logansport; four step-daughters, Deborah (Fred) Brazzle, Logansport; Donna Lambert, Logansport; Pamela (Dave) Johnson, Logansport; Cheri (Jim) Ling, Logansport; one brother, Norman Gene Sedam, Winkelman, AZ; five grandchildren, thirteen step grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, twenty one step-great grandchildren, seven step-great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death is two brothers, Billy “Buck” D. Sedam, Don Sedam and one sister Alice Mae Enyart.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday October 24, 2023, in Gundrum Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Aaron Gross Officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until the time of the service.
