Claro Azpeitia Garcia, 59, Logansport, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, in the Franciscan Hospital of Lafayette

Born August 12, 1964, in Santa Maria Amajac,Hidalgo, Mexico, he was the son of Justo Azpeitia Hernandez and Modesta Garcia Garcia, who preceded him in death.

On December 25, 1986, he was married to Cirina Azpeitia, who survives.

Following high school, Claro earned his Associate degree from college.

For over 20 years, he has worked as a laborer at Tyson Foods.

Claro was a member of the All Saints Catholic Church.

He enjoyed watching soccer.

Surviving with his wife are four children, Noel (Tiffany), Julio (Brooke), Orlando and Edith; several siblings including Antonino Anlenino and Misaela Cruz; and seven grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 27th in Fisher Funeral Chapel, 1801 Chase Road, Logansport, Indiana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 28 in All Saints Catholic Church with Fr. Gustavo Lopez officiating.

Interment will follow in Tlocotlapilco, Hgo, Mexico.
