Darrel G. Jensen, 85, of Logansport, passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at Millers Merry Manor in Logansport.
Darrel was born on April 2, 1938 in Viroqua, Wisconsin to the late Fredrick C. Jensen and Viola Winnafred Harris.
After graduating high school, Darrel served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1957 to 1961. Throughout his career, Darrel was well-known for his business (Jensens Carpet Service), and later worked for Louthain Construction prior to his retirement.
On April 13, 2014 in Logansport, Darrel married Rebecca Jensen, who survives.
Along with his wife, Darrel is survived by his four children Tammy Jensen-Field and husband Tylor Field, David Jensen and wife Shelley Jensen, Chris Jensen and wife Maite Martin Jensen, Carla Russo; three step children, Cindy Reeser, Diana and Willis Jackson, Herb (Sabra) Reeser; sister in-laws Carolyn Jensen and Marylu Jensen, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Fred Jensen, Steven Jensen and Beverly Patterson.
