Last Updated on February 11, 2024 by Girls Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana

(FORT WAYNE, IN) – Girl Scout camp provides a diverse range of programs that cater to girls’ interests and needs, promoting outdoor exploration, valuable skill-building, and confidence growth.

At camp, girls make friends and challenge themselves to try new activities like horseback riding, hiking, archery, swimming, boating, low-rope adventure courses, and trail biking. And don’t forget the fun of campfires, s’mores, crafts, and silly songs!

There are numerous opportunities for girls in grades K-12 to embark on unforgettable summer experiences, ensuring you can get in on the fun no matter what your schedule looks like. Here are just some of the thrills that await girls this summer:

  • “Galactic Girls!”: Discover the wonders of the universe, build and launch rockets, and experience what it’s like to be an astronaut through engaging simulations. Day Camp hosted at Camp McMillen (Huntertown, Ind.)
  • “SurviveHER!”: Through individual and group challenge activities, girls will explore their strengths, confront their fears, and uncover hidden talents. Overnight Camp hosted at Camp Logan (Syracuse, Ind.)
  • “Hollywood Days”: Aspiring actresses are invited to join us on the red carpet for a week-long adventure and showcase their acting skills on stage in the premiere of the century. Day Camp hosted at Camp Soni Springs (Three Oaks, Mich).
