It’s time for members of the Class of 2037 to enroll in kindergarten!
Here’s information we’ve compiled about Kindergarten Roundup or Registration for schools serving students in Cass County.

☄️CASTON ELEMENTARY: Kindergarten sign up for the 2024-2025 school year is now open! Fill out the out form at this link to begin the enrollment process for your child who will be entering Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year (Children 5 years old by September 1, 2024 or October 1, 2024 for early entry). Parent Night will be held April 4, 2024. More info on Parent Night can be found here.
👑 LEWIS CASS: Kindergarten Round-Up will be on April 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lewis Cass Elementary School (6540 E. St Rd 218 Walton). Students must be 5 years old by August 1st to enroll. Please click here to schedule an appointment or call the elementary school at 574-626-2504. Parents need to bring a birth certificate, proof of residency, and shot records or upload them with the appointment schedule.
🍓LOGANSPORT COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION will hold Kindergarten Roundup on the following dates:
April 9, 2024 – Fairview Elementary School – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
April 10, 2024 – Landis Elementary School – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
April 11, 2024 – Columbia Elementary School – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Parents will need to bring the following:
Child who will be attending kindergarten
Child’s birth certificate
Child’s immunization records
Child’s Social Security card
Proof of residency
Any court documents
Education documents (IEP if applicable)
Your child must be 5 on or before August 1, 2024.
🐾PIONEER ELEMENTARY: If you have a student who is or will be 5 years of age by August 1st, 2024, and would like them to attend Pioneer Elementary, please fill out the form in this link. Kindergarten Roundup will be on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 5-6 p.m. Parents will fill out necessary paperwork, and your student will be screened by Kindergarten teachers during this time. You will need to bring a copy of the student’s birth certificate and shot records. If you only have the original, a copy will be made and the original will be returned to you.
If you are interested in your student attending Pioneer Elementary Pre-Kindergarten program for the 2024-2025 school year, please fill out the form in this link. Your student must turn 4 years old by August 1, 2024. There will also be an informational meeting about the Pre-Kindergarten program on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 from 5:00-6:00pm. Parents and students are encouraged to attend this event. You will fill out paperwork for the following school year, and will be able to ask any questions you may have about the program. We ask that you please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and shot record. If you only have an original the office will make a copy of it and return it to you.
