Karen S. Payne-Menzie, 80, of Logansport, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Logansport.

Born on July 9, 1943, in New Castle, Indiana, Karen is the daughter of the late Frederick E. Brown and Mary Ruth (Brown) McAninch.

GKaren and her former husband Russ had owned and operated the Fancy Flea.

Surviving Karen is a son, Larry G. Payne; three sisters, Linda Callaway; Marcia K. Gallagher and Connie Heishman all of Logansport; special friends, Mike (Mary) Turnpaugh, Macy; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy Lee Payne.

A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Life Gate Church in Logansport. Pastor Matt Foster will be officiating.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until the time of service on Friday at the church.

A private inurnment will take place at Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville.
