Joshua Ryan Spencer, 40, Peru, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024, in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Born December 30, 1983, in Logansport, he was the son of Ronald Spencer and Rose (Lantz) Spencer.

Joshua earned his Associates of Science degree in Computer Programming at Sinclair Community College in Ohio.

Most recently, Joshua had worked as a cook at Hardee’s.

He enjoyed anime and computers. He had natural-born artistic ability that allowed him to express what he saw in drawing and even LEGO design.

Surviving with his mother, Rose Spencer, of Peru, are his daughters, Rebecca Rangel, of Peru, and Zoey Pelkey, of Ames, Iowa; stepchildren, Shyana Guinta and Ryan Guinta, both of Florida; one grandson, Quintin Pelkey; his maternal grandmother, Linda L. Williams, Peru; one brother, Matt Spencer, Bowling Green, Kentucky; one niece, Persephone Jayde Spencer; and his father, Ronald Spencer; and several aunts and uncles.
