Joetta K. Wilkinson, age 70, Logansport, passed away at 6:52 a.m. Thursday, July 11th, in Richmond, Kentucky, at the home of her daughter, Wendy Ridout. She had been under hospice care.

Born May 8, 1954, she was the daughter of George Richard and Patsy Lou Baker Timmons. Her father, George “Dick” Timmons, survives, as well as her two children, Wendy and John.
