Lloyd D. Carpenter, Jr., age 76, Logansport, passed away unexpectedly in his residence on Monday morning, August 5, 2024.

Born March 26, 1948, in Hammond, Indiana, he was the son of Lloyd D. and Betty Mae Chambers Carpenter.

He had been employed as a nursing attendant at the Logansport State Hospital.

Surviving are two sons, Ryan Carpenter and Dan Carpenter, both of Wisconsin; sisters, Susan Evans, Christina Bailey, Laura Jordan and Dona Carpenter; stepdaughter, Stefanie Bishop, all of Northwest Indiana; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
