Judith K “Judy” Corn, 85 of Twelve Mile, Indiana, passed away Friday, September 27, 2024, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born January 25, 1939, in Twelve Mile, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Miriam (Jones) Winegardner

On September 17, 1955, she was married to Howard L. Corn, who survives.

A homemaker, Judy was retired from TM Morris where she had worked as an assembler for many years. She loved quilting and doing macrame. Judy loved being a wife, mom, grandma and great-grandma.

Surviving with her husband 69 years, Howard, are their children, Howard Junior (Sandra) Corn, James Paul Corn, and Karen Sue Cree, all of Twelve Mile; one brother, Dennis Winegardner, Texas; two sisters, Rosanna Markley, Logansport, and Joyce Edwards, Twelve Mile; grandchildren Tony (Angie) Corn, Jerica (Phil) Weaver, Linsey (Kyle) Reed, Alex Corn, Andy (MaKenna) Corn, and Josh Cree; and great-grandchildren, Jenna and Blaine Weaver, Eli, Loralei, and Rheatta Reed, Jocelyn Corn, and Zayvier Cree.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Sam and Jim Winegardner.

A funeral service celebrating Judy’s life will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, in Fisher Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the service.
