Sheila A. Stearns, 62, of Logansport, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024, in Woodbridge Health Campus.

Born September 3, 1962, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late John and Phyllis (Shesler) Curtis.

Sheila worked as a psychiatric attendant at the Logansport State Hospital for over 30 years.

She enjoyed shopping, reading, and spending time with her family.

Sheila is survived by her brothers, Kevin Curtis and Keith (Mitcheline) Curtis; a sister, Thresea Shaver; niece, Tonya Koebler; nephew, Tom Curtis; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Koebler, Braxton Curtis, Cody Koebler, Bailey Curtis and Brooklynn Curtis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Diana Neff; and one brother, Thomas Curtis.

To celebrate Sheila’s life, a gathering of family and friends will take place from 5-7 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2025, in Fisher Funeral Chapel.
