Flo Ella Beck, age 49, Logansport, passed away on Wednesday, January 8th, in Logansport.

Born October 8, 1975, in Winamac, she was the daughter of Wilbur Hudson and Barbara Waddups. Her mother, Barbara, survives.

Flo had been employed for over twenty years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Indiana Veterans’ Home in West Lafayette.

She loved her family as well as the residents of the Veterans’ Home. Her favorite things were spending time with her grandchildren. Her favorite place was Clearwater, Florida.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are five children, (Mayor) Chris A. Martin, Austin (Courtney) Lincoln, Hallie (Anthony) Beck, Jeremy Beck and Keigan Beck; two sisters, Marshel Baker and Tonya Hudson.

Also surviving are three grandchildren, Cyrus, and his mother, Faith Robbins, Malichi, Wrenleigh; three step grandchildren, Bradan, Lincoln, and Grayson; fiancé, Michael Keller; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a stepfather, Ron Waddups; grandmother, Josephine Baker; uncle, Luke Baker; aunt, Amanda Hoover.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 16th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home.

The funeral service is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Thursday, following visitation, at the funeral home, with Pastor Benjamin Grant officiating.

Interment will be later, private for the family.

In keeping with Flo’s love of veterans and residents of the Indiana Veterans’ Home, memorial contributions may be made to any charity for the benefit of United States military veterans.
