Eugene Harrington

Eugene Harrington, 63, of Logansport, passed away Tuesday evening, February 3, 2024, in Chase Center.

Born September 9, 1961, in LaPorte, Indiana, he was the son of the late Arthur Dale and Mary L. (Lewis) Harrington.

On February 14, 1990, in Kissimmee, Florida, he was married to Caroline D’Amour Harrington, who survives.

Eugene loved music. He played the drums in high school. He was active in cross country, placing 3rd in the state finals. An outdoorsman, Eugene enjoyed camping and fishing. Family was the most important thing in his life, and he was proud of the family they raised. He was blessed with many memories of family get-togethers.

Surviving with his wife, Caroline, of nearly 35 years this Valentine’s Day, are their children, Gilbert T. Harrington, Adam James Harrington, and Amanda J. Harrington. Also surviving is his precious granddaughter, Nevaeh Jolee Grace Harrington; one sister, Delores Harrington; and two cousins, Anthony (Donna) Dearinger, and Rose Marie Carter.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Arthur Dale Harrington, Jr.

A private visitation was held in Fisher Funeral Chapel.
