Robert Charles Schoff

Robert Charles Schoff, 64, Logansport, passed away Monday afternoon, February 24, 2025, at his home.

Born January 16, 1961, he was the son of the late Louise Stephanie (Swanson) Lidy and Paul Frederick.

Twenty-seven years ago, he met the love of his life, Roberta Jean Dunfee, who survives.

Robert was a 1979 graduate of Pioneer High School. He worked as in maintenance at Tyson Foods, and most recently, HTI before his retirement.

Skillful in mechanics, Robert enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles. He was always ready for a good game of pool or shooting darts.

Also surviving are his children, Saryna Schoff (Paul Scruggs), Chris (Akiko) Schoff, and Whitney Plank; three brothers, Fred Lidy, Kenny Schoff, and Lewis Lidy; three sisters, Bernadine Lidy, Lyn Schoff Budreau, and Tina Schoff Smith; and three grandchildren, Maximus Schoff, Adlyn Plank, and Gabriel Plank.

A memorial service celebrating Robert’s life will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, February 28, in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Greg Reed officiating.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the time of the service Friday in the funeral chapel.
