Beverly Ann Vitello

Beverly Ann Vitello, age 91, Carmel, formerly of Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, passed away at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in Carmel.

Born in Marion on January 19, 1934, she was the daughter of Wilbur and Reba Woolman Pierce.

She was married in Marion on August 3, 1957, to Angelo Anthony “Mike” Vitello, who preceded her in death on October 5, 2017.

Mrs. Vitello was a 1952 graduate of Marion High School and attended St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame. She then graduated as a registered nurse from Holy Cross Hospital School of Nursing in South Bend.

She was employed as an emergency room nurse at Marion General Hospital. Later she worked as a nurse at the General Motors plant in Marion, where she retired.

Surviving are sons, Michael A. (Lisa) Vitello, Newcastle, California, James A Vitello, Cicero, Indiana; daughters, Annette M. Vitello, Medford, Oregon, Michelle Vitello Stanley, Sheridan, Indiana; eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 18th, at Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home.

The funeral service follows visitation at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, with Father Adam Mauman officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
