This course helps responders and investigators implement a risk-based response to incidents involving compressed gas cylinders. Attendees participate in classroom and hands-on sessions to understand gases and their hazards. Additionally, they learn about cylinder construction, including valves and pressure relief devices, and review response considerations such as personal protective equipment selection, air monitoring and safe work practices.
