Jeffrey Moore, 73 of Peru, Indiana, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Aperion Care in Peru.

Born March 26, 1952, in Logansport, Indiana, he was the son of the late Frederick and Kathleen (Packard) Moore.

Jeff was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War.

He had worked as an electrician for many years before becoming disabled.

Being a father and a grandfather was Jeff’s greatest joy; his family was his world. By his baptism and professing his faith, knowing he is in Heaven, brings comfort to those who love him

Surviving are his children, Desiree (Patrick) Murphy, Jerimy Moore, Megan Moore, and Kristy McDonald, who he raised as one of his own; one sisters, Pam Herd,; and his pride and joy – his grandchildren, Dustin McClory, Renee McClory, Lyndon Youngblood, Holden Moore, Ariana Moore, Jordan Moore, Jose Portilla, Gabriel Portilla, and Jayci McFatridge.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Moore.

There will be no services. Jeff will be buried at the Legion Square in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
