Preceded in death by his daughter Melissa Small-Bingle, his parents, 2 brothers, Raymond “Butch” (Sharon) Small, Forrest (Carol) Small, and 4 sisters, Cheryl Jones and Virginia “Jinny” Eash, Nancy Rickman, and Elsie May Nies.

He worked at Wilson Foods in Logansport for nearly 25 years and continued to work throughout Logansport including the Logansport Mall, where he also took on a special role of Santa Clause. Throughout the years he continued to play Santa for anyone to put a smile on their face. He loved coin collecting, collected pocket knives, and hats. He loved to fish and taught his boys at an early age how bait a pole and that tradition carried on to his grandkids as well. He learned many skills throughout life and passed those on to all his children. He valued family and friends above all. He loved taking car rides around Royal Center reliving his younger years and telling his kids different stories from his memories growing up. He loved to cook homemade pizzas when his kids were younger and even made them for his people at Wilson foods. He enjoyed mowing his yard, house projects, and even did woodworking as hobbies. Morris never knew a stranger and talked to anyone and everyone. You could be 4 counties away and he found someone he knew. He may have been Santa, the man who gave hugs, but most of all he was our Hero.
