Logansport, Indiana – Steinberger Construction, Inc. is proud to announce that its work on The Pavilion & Kitchen has been recognized with an Excellence in Construction Award from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Indiana/Kentucky. The award honors projects that demonstrate exceptional quality, innovation, craftsmanship, and overall excellence in construction.
Developed for the Cass County Community Foundation, The Pavilion & Kitchen was designed to address a unique community need by creating a destination that brings together local growers, food entrepreneurs, and residents. The project features an open-air market space combined with a modern incubator kitchen, providing opportunities for food production, small business growth, community engagement, and improved access to fresh food.
Throughout construction, the project team successfully integrated complex utility systems and stringent health code requirements while maintaining the functionality and vision of the facility. The collaborative eƯort between Steinberger Construction, Inc., Cass County Community Foundation, and KJG Architecture resulted in a facility that serves as both a community gathering place and an economic development catalyst.
