teven Lee Powlen, 68, of Lucerne passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at home.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1, 2021 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, Royal Center.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
Burial will follow at Indian Creek Christian Cemetery.
