Dennis Delano Kuritz

Dennis Delano Kuritz, age 84, of Logansport, passed away at 4:27 pm Tuesday July 15, 2025, in North Woods Village of Kokomo.

Born November 5, 1940, in Rock Island, IL to the late Albert Anthony and Alice Marcelle (Barnes) Kuritz. On September 5, 1971, he married Nancy Elizabeth Bennett who survives.

Dennis was a retired fireman for the city of Logansport, serving the community from 1968- 2010.

Survivors, including his wife Nancy, are one son, Dennis (Toni) Kuritz, Newport, IN; one daughter, Theresia (Charles Rohrabaugh) Kuritz, Logansport, IN; bonus son, Robert Ehase, Peru; three granddaughters, Kaitlynn Kuritz, Lauryn Kuritz & Megyn Kuritz, one grandson, Dennis Andrew Kuritz; daughter-in-law/outlaw, Robyn Smith of Covington, IN; his beloved grandpup, LaFawnduh; and his loving cats, Bonnie and Clyde. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday July 22, 2025, in the Gundrum Funeral Home. A burial with full military rites by the Cass County Honor Guard will follow at Shiloh Christian Cemetery

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
