Walton Library hosts tea party with Miss Cass County and her court

Approximately 40 people gathered on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025 at the Walton & Tipton Township Public Library to celebrate with the reigning Cass County Queen Olivia Thomas and her court. The library’s annual Princess Tea Party is a fun way for the queen to spend time with young girls who hope to one day wear a crown of their own. Olivia read a story, “Princesses Wear Pants,” by Allison Oppenheim and Savannah Guthrie. Then, the party-goers enjoyed craft time and snacks.
