The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department and the Dykeman Park Golf Course is proud to announce the official opening of The Heritage Simulator Room, a new state-of-the-art facility that combines over a century of golfing tradition with the latest in golf technology. The room officially opened to the public on September 29, 2025.
The Heritage Simulator Room offers golfers the chance to enjoy the game year-round, rain or shine, day or night. The space features cutting-edge Trackman simulator technology, allowing players to practice their swing, compete with friends, or play world-famous courses without leaving Logansport.
“This an exciting addition to our course and our community,” said Kyle Smith, Clubhouse Manager for the course. “For almost 100 years, Dykeman Park has been a gathering place for golfers of all ages. The Heritage ensures that tradition continues in a modern, exciting way.”
The facility is designed not only for practice and casual play but also for leagues, lessons, and special events. With a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, The Heritage aims to be a destination for both seasoned golfers and newcomers to the sport.
The name The Heritage was chosen to reflect the long-standing legacy of Dykeman Park Golf Course, while also symbolizing a bridge to the future of the game.
Reservations for simulator time can be made through the clubhouse or online, with hourly rates available. More details on pricing, booking, and upcoming events will be shared on the Dykeman Park Golf Course website and social media channels.
