Garry W. Robertson

Garry W. Robertson, 68 of Logansport, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the intensive care unit at St. Vincent Hospital, in Kokomo, following a brief illness

Born December 13, 1957, he was the son of Mildred (Hall) Robertson and the late Kenneth Marvin “Kenny” Robertson

A 1976 graduate of Lewis Cass High School, Garry ran Cross Country and was a member of the Lewis Cass Marching Kings.

Garry was a hard worker with Laborers Union 274 where he worked as a labor foreman. He retired at age 55 after many years of service. In earlier years, Garry had worked as a manager for Ponderosa.

A lifelong member of the Yorktown Road Church of Christ, Garry led the congregation in song. He had also served as the church treasurer.

Surviving with his mother, Mildred Robertson, is his former wife and the mother of his son, Terri Beck Robertson, of Avon, Indiana; their son, Chad (Vanessa) Robertson, Brownsburg, Indiana; his sister, Brenda (“Weed”) Widup; two grandchildren, Kendall and Jacob Robertson; niece, Noel Widup, nephew, Reece Widup; and several extended family members.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 22nd in Fisher Funeral Chapel.

A Funeral Service celebrating Garry’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 23rd at the Yorktown Church of Christ with Mark Racop officiating.

Burial will follow in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
