4C Health welcomes Lindsay Potts as Chief Operating Officer

North Central, IN — 4C Health is pleased to announce that Lindsay Potts has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer, effective May 4, 2026.

Potts brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health care delivery, serving as both a transformative leader and a licensed clinical social worker. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving access, quality, and outcomes in behavioral health services while fostering collaboration across teams and systems of care.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Potts will provide strategic and operational leadership across 4C Health’s service lines, supporting the organization’s continued growth and its mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to communities across its service region.
