Charles Phillip Penn, 50, of Kokomo, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at North Woods Village in Kokomo.

Born April 12, 1976, in Lafayette, Indiana, he was the son of Phillip L. Penn and Sandra Sue (Snyder) Penn, and his bonus mom Terri (Jones) Penn.

Surviving family includes his mother, Terri Penn; brothers, Tim (Fonda) Penn, Dennis (Joann) Penn, and Boyd (Linda) Penn; sister, Kristi (Adam) Ellington; stepsisters, Jodi Fivecoate and Beth Ann Justice; along with several extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Sandra; and brother, Steven Penn, sister-in-law, Vicky Penn.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at Gundrum Funeral Home with Jeff Beeman officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport.
