NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

(PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT)

Cass County Board of Commissioners (the “Commissioners”), are requesting proposals from prospective entities interested in submitting a proposal to develop, design, removal, install and construct of a Chiller Replacement located at 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana 46947, including pipes and associated pumps needed for it to be fully operational, all pursuant to a public-private partnership agreement to be entered into between the Commissioners and the recommended and approved responder to the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) in accordance with Ind. Code 5-23. Notice is hereby given that responses to this RFP will be received by the Commissioners pursuant to a public-private partnership agreement:

UNTIL:                                                            10:00 a.m. (local time) on September 13th , 2026

Responses received by the Commissioners after the stated time will not be opened. Responses are not required to include the submission of a certified check or other evidence of financial responsibility. The Commissioners reserve the right to terminate this RFP process and to reject any and all proposals.

To obtain the Request for Proposal and its additional requirements, please email: Rocky Ellis at rocky.ellis@casscountyin.gov starting August 10th, 2026 to arrange a meeting, which would include the opportunity to permit the potential bidder to inspect and give an accurate bid proposal.
