Key Responsibilities:

• Process Enhancement and Control: Develop and implement methodologies for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with process owners to address resolve issues related to suspect or nonconforming products.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product failures to identify root causes and formulate effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Customer Support: Visit customer sites as needed to provide hands-on assistance in resolving quality concerns and addressing questions,.
• Advanced Problem Solving: Apply advanced problem-solving tools and techniques to systematically identify and eliminate defects.
