Manages activities of Family Services programs to provide instruction, and support for employees offering service to client/families. Some duties may include: program planning and implementation, assuring compliance with all regulations; supervise the Energy Assistance and IDA/FDP Programs; plan and implement training activities for staff; monitor the completion of all appropriate Annual plans and reports; and insure that adequate internal and external communication and reporting procedures are implemented. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
