Key Responsibilities:
·        Customer Relationship Management: Serves as the “face of the company” and the primary interface between Small Parts and its customers from receipt of an order through the shipment.

·        Manage Customer Demand: Ensure accurate validation of customer demand to optimize our supply chain and meet customer expectations.

·        Forecast Review: Review and confirm forecasts to facilitate efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

·        Expedites and Special Deliveries: Manage expedited orders and special delivery requests with a focus on meeting customer requirements.

·        Issue Resolution: Collaborate to resolve customer issues related to delivery, quantity, pricing, inventory, and more, ensuring customer satisfaction.
