David L. Maxwell, 66 of Logansport, formerly of Camden passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Chase Center in Logansport.
Born on September 15, 1949 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Fred F. and Bonita M. Maxwell.
Surviving is one sister, Debra K. (Charles) DeFord, Logansport; two brothers, Larry A. (Shirley) Maxwell, Logansport; Terry L. (Donna) Maxwell, Big Sandy, TN; two nephews, Brian (Kathie) DeFord, Oak Ridge, NC; T.J. (Shan) Maxwell, Big Sandy, TN; three nieces Tamara (John) Williams, Logansport; Sherry Maxwell, Kokomo; and Kelly (Chris) Kollmar, Logansport.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 12, 2015 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Jeff Strite, Larry Phillips, and Scott Jewell officiating. Burial will be in the Pisgah Cemetery, Logansport.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of services on Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the Peak Community Services activity fund.
