raub Malcolm Jenkines “Pat” Raub, 79, South Bend, formerly of Logansport, passed away at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at his residence.

 Born March 17, 1937, in Logansport, he was the son of Malcolm Jacob and Albertine Jenkines Raub.

Pat attended Logansport High School and was a graduate of the New Mexico Military Academy. After three summers he graduated Culver Military Academy’s summer sessions as a member of the famed Black Horse Troop. He was employed as manager of the former Farmers and Merchants State Bank’s West Side Branch in Logansport.

Pat served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Surviving are a son, Brian Raub, Orlando, daughter, Elizabeth Raub, Logansport; their mother, Monte Rae Wagoner, Logansport; sister, Ann (Don) Snyder, Culver; grandchildren, Marli Leazenby, Gage Benish, Mikayla Kinser and Madison Rae Albertine Raub; several nieces and nephews.

His parents preceded him in death, as well as, a sister, Kathleen Raub.

A private service will be conducted with interment in the Raub lot at Mount Hope Cemetery.
