flenbellFlen Bell, age 67, Logansport, passed away at 4:06 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Chase Center.
Born October 9, 1948, in Livingston, AL, he was the son of Ernest and Clarece Seals Bell.
On April 27, 1974, in Indianapolis, he married Diana McCartney, who survives.
Flen had been employed at Wilson Foods and the Cass County Children’s Home.
He was Past Master of the former Jordan Masonic Lodge #29 in Logansport. Flen enjoyed all Logansport High School athletics, especially basketball.
He was a member of Bethel A. M. E. Church in Logansport.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Michael Robert Bell, Logansport; daughter, Regina Skelton, Logansport; brothers, Wiley Bell, Lafayette and Gene Bell, Florida; sisters, Annie (Ronnie) Ewing, Kokomo and Lillie (Duane) Wilson, Logansport.
A daughter, Joyce Ann Jackson, and brothers, Ernest Bell, Jr. and Eugene Bell preceded him in death.
The visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
A Kokomo Masonic Lodge service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Leroy Brown officiating.
Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
