Gerri L. Wilfong, age 61, Logansport, passed away at 5:10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at University Heights Health and Living Community in Greenwood.
Born December 7, 1954, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Billy and Diane Mellon Quillen. Gerri’s mother Diane Quillen, survives, residing in Logansport.
On January 4, 1975, she was married to Donald D. Wilfong, who survives.
Gerri had been employed as traffic coordinator for Hanson Cold Storage.
Also surviving are a son, Michael (Ashley) Wilfong, Charlotte, NC; daughters, Aries (Robert) Lowden, Bargersville and Shea (Bradley) Barnes, Logansport; brother, Steve (Karen) Quillen, West Middlesex, PA; sisters, Deb (David) Schoenradt, Greentown, Jackie (Mark) Swisher, Rockford, IL and Becky (Jan) Faassen, North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Brandon Lowden, Austin Lowden, Tyler Lowden, Alyssa Lowden, Simon Wilfong, Avery Barnes and Kamryn Barnes; a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, also at the funeral home, with Rev. Dean Snyder officiating.
